Paid Marketing Internship – pay is $20/hour

Littleton, CO | Hybrid | Flexible hours (min of 20 hours) during the summer, through August 13th, 2026.

Are you the person who always knows what's trending before it's trending? Do you think in captions, hooks, and visuals? If you enjoy creating content, experimenting with social ideas, and seeing real engagement from real humans, keep reading.

We are a small but mighty marketing team looking for a Social Media Intern to help us show up online in a way that feels authentic, creative, and human.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hands‑on role. You will not just observe. You will create.

  • Help plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Pitch and produce short‑form content like Reels, Stories, and posts
  • Write captions that sound natural, not robotic
  • Track what performs well and help us adjust content accordingly
  • Support campaigns, events, and launches with social content
  • Occasionally hang out with us in meetings where ideas fly fast and snacks are definitely involved

Who You Are

You do not need years of professional experience. Curiosity, creativity, and reliability matter more.

  • Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated. Marketing, communications, journalism, or design coursework is a plus.
  • Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
  • A strong writer who understands tone and audience
  • Experience creating content on your own (video, editing, social posts, etc.) this can be personal, school, or freelance work
  • Organized enough to juggle deadlines but flexible enough to adapt
  • Not afraid to share ideas or try something new
  • Bonus points if you enjoy photography, video editing, or design tools like Canva
