Your role at Clorox:

Supports the Brand Experience Manager and broader eCom Commercial team in delivering objectives by owning analytics and KPIs (dashboards, spend optimization, etc.) to support decision making at the speed of eCommerce. Enables the BU to act on signals, not conclusive validation. ~90% internal facing, 10% external facing.

In this role, you will:

  • Analytics & KPIs: Delivers analytics/KPIs (dashboards, spend optimization, etc.) to support decision-making at the speed of eCommerce.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitors daily sales, traffic, conversion, cost per qualified session, share, and media efficiency; flags risks and opportunities.
  • Spend Optimization: Optimizes retail media and trade spend ROI in partnership with Media and Agency partners.
  • Test-and-Learn Enablement: Builds and maintains test-and-learn measurement frameworks; translates results into recommendations.
  • Data Infrastructure Partnership: Partners with IT, Data Science, and Insights to ensure clean, integrated data and reliable dashboards.

What we look for:

  • Typically 3-5 years of CPG or digital/performance marketing experience, ~10% Travel, and BS/BA Degree
  • Some Clorox/equivalent BU and/or eCommerce/agency experience
  • Proficiency in Analytics, Data Visualization (Power BI/Tableau), Financial Acumen, Cross-Functional Communication
  • Knowledgeable in eCommerce analytics tools (Stackline, Profitero, Amazon Ads, retailer dashboards), retail media optimization, A/B testing, and digital KPIs

The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
