We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development, OmniStudio, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.


The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and development teams to deliver scalable Salesforce applications, enhance existing functionality, and support complex business processes.


This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, experience with Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation, and the ability to lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and provide solutions for complex Salesforce implementations.

  • Perform Salesforce administration activities including:

  • Support application deployments across development, test, and production environments.
  • Collaborate with business users to ensure requirements are clearly defined, approved, and successfully delivered.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I / Platform Developer II) required.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio platform.
  • Strong experience with:

  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • SOQL/SOSL
  • Experience developing solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform.

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and provide technical solutions.
  • Experience working with Salesforce integrations and external systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with Public Sector Salesforce Solutions, especially Grants Management.
  • Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Foundation products.
  • Experience with middleware/integration platforms such as MuleSoft.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools:
