$40/hr NIGHT SHIFT Maintenance Tech (Direct Hire, GREAT BENEFITS)TEXT REILLY AFTER APPLYING ***513-229-2020Maintenance Technician (Cincinnati, Ohio)

Responsibilities

  • Perform planned maintenance on assigned computers, microprocessors, and PLC-based equipment.
  • Conduct PMs, inspections, modifications, and respond to breakdowns and trouble calls.
  • Coordinate with supervision and planning for scheduling downtime as needed.
  • Collaborate with crews in all areas to troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment.
  • Maintain records, make reports, update prints, manuals, and diagrams.
  • Make recommendations on preventing problem recurrence.
  • Assist in training electricians as required.

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years industrial maintenance electrician experience.
  • Experience with troubleshooting, electrical systems, and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in hydraulics, mechanical, and pneumatics.
  • Allen-Bradley, PLC troubleshooting, and automation experience.
  • Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
  • Experience with industrial maintenance, programming, and preventive maintenance.
  • Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, ladder logic, PLC control, and 3-phase systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Heavy PLC experience, including low voltage PLC intercommunication.
  • Experience with troubleshooting VFDs and PLCs.
  • Diagnose and repair PLCs.
  • Preferred to have own tools but not required.

Work Environment

Work in a non-climate-controlled, high-speed oil production facility. The environment can get very hot in the summer and very cold in different areas. The maintenance team consists of 10 people, working alongside a total of 50 onsite employees. The dress code includes steel-toe boots, jeans, and a work shirt, with all other PPE provided. The role is on the 2nd shift, from 3 PM to 12 AM, with flexibility required as hours may vary. A shift differential is provided for off-shift hours.

This is a Permanent position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
