Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control is seeking to hire and develop customer service oriented Mosquito and Pest Technicians that can make a meaningful impact on the growth of the company. Barefoot is rapidly expanding throughout Texas. We are headquartered in Austin TX with satellite branches in Houston and Dallas / Fort Worth/ Oklahoma & San Antonio.

Duties:

  • Pest and mosquito control service includes using spraying equipment
  • Driving and navigating to customer locations
  • Document service activities as required and file reports as directed
  • Inspecting and treating areas of potential mosquito breeding
  • Educating our clients on how to prevent and control mosquito and pest populations.
  • Skilled customer service interactions, providing a 5 star service
  • Maintain high service standards on all accounts

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to carry moderate to heavy weight and be in adequate physical condition.
  • Facial hair must meet OSHA guidelines
  • Possess a clean driving record that meets our company's insurance requirements.
  • Retail and restaurant experience is valuable to many of the aspects of this position
  • Have no felony or misdemeanor convictions, and must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Physical Requirements:

Some standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing, pulling and ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
