Looking for a hands-on summer role where you can stay active and build real-world experience? As a Field Inspector, you’ll work directly in corn fields, playing a key role in crop quality and seed production—while getting paid to be outside all season long.


💼 What You’ll Do
  • Conduct daily inspections across assigned agricultural fields
  • Monitor crop health, growth stages, and overall field conditions
  • Count tassels, silks, and identify off-type plants to ensure quality
  • Evaluate field performance and flag any issues impacting production
  • Track pests, environmental conditions, and field risks
  • Record plant characteristics such as growth patterns and leaf development
  • Enter accurate data using mobile field technology
  • Communicate updates with leadership and manage your own field schedule
