AV & Event Production Intern
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and tech-savvy AV & Event Production Intern to join our team this summer! This internship is ideal for someone interested in live events, audio/visual production, entertainment, hospitality, or event operations.
As an AV & Event Production Intern, you'll work closely with our onsite AV technician and events team to help execute a wide variety of community events, wellness programming, and entertainment experiences. This is a hands-on role that combines technical support, event setup, and guest-facing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with audio and music setup across multiple event venues
  • Support wellness class setup and breakdown, including sound equipment and room preparation
  • Help operate and troubleshoot basic AV equipment during events
  • Assist with microphones, speakers, TVs, projectors, and music systems
  • Support event setup, breakdown, and onsite logistics
  • Organize and maintain AV equipment and event inventory
  • Work alongside the AV technician to ensure smooth event execution
  • Provide general support for community events and activations as needed
  • Support of entertainment strategy and calendar management

Qualifications
  • Interest in audio/visual production, live events, entertainment, or hospitality
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable learning and working with AV equipment and technology
  • Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
  • Ability to lift and move equipment safely
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions
