Job description

POSITION TYPE:

  • School Age Child Care - School Year Position


WORK SCHEDULE:

  • The School Age Child Care (SACC) Staff could be scheduled up to 30 hours a week during the school year between the hours of 6:30-8:00 a.m. and 2:00-6:00 p.m.


JOB SUMMARY:

  • The SACC Program provides care for children in grades kindergarten through fifth grade at 16 elementary school buildings. Staff interact daily with students and parents. SACC provides a safe, nurturing, environment where children can feel they are significant and they belong.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Regular, on-time attendance is required
  • The minimum age requirement for the School Age Child Care - Summer Position is 16 years of age. (Eligibility for promotion requires a minimum age of 18).


LOCATIONS:

  • Northrop - SACC main office
  • School Year Positions could be at various RPS Elementary Schools
