This Summer position is in the College of Medicine's Department of Microbiology at Howard University. It is ideal for an undergraduate student and includes basic laboratory administrative tasks, laboratory housekeeping and maintenance to set up a new lab and project-specific laboratory tasks related to experimental data analysis (Microsoft Excel-based) and handling with formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue blocks for immunohistochemistry. The approximate dates of the position run from June to August, 2026.

Up to three weeks of the position can be performed remotely, related to data analysis task.
