Were seeking candidates for the role of Summer Pool Monitor!
Were looking for Pool Monitors in the Hoffman Estates area. This is an ideal summer job, working at a great company with great people. These positions begin Memorial Day and go through Labor Day.
FRED, a leading real estate development and property management company, has been developing and managing award-winning residential communities throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, Madison, and the Green Bay areas since 1985.
Job Description:
This role is empowered to ensure the safe use of our pool areas by monitoring the activities of those using the pool and by enforcing our pool rules. This is not a lifeguard position and all pool oversight is done from the perimeter of the pool.
What you will do:
  • Monitor the activities and number of pool guests, communicating and enforcing rules of the pool.
  • Keep the pool area neat and clean.
  • Test the pool pH and water temperature.
  • Monitor weather and close the pool during inclement weather.
  • Close and secure the pool area at the end of your shift.

  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Someone who is dependable, responsible, and able to work independently.

Schedule:
