Job Description Summary
Provide general admin/office support.
Responsibilities
The following tasks are expected of Office Assistants:
  • Answering phones
  • Communicating accurate and timely information
  • Supporting departmental operations
  • Providing quality customer service experiences - both over the phone and, in person
  • Adhering to the Family Equal Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
  • Logging in or arriving to shifts on time
  • Using Notifi (package tracking website) to log packages and notify students daily
  • laundry walks
  • filing project and maintenance of files throughout the year
  • handling the checkout of supplies and practice rooms
  • using a desktop computer and telecommunication software
  • assisting with ID card issues or ID Card printing.

Required Qualifications
Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn support process. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
