Please read the entire job description - and we do mean the entire description, from top to bottomMathnasium of Noe Valley tutors year-round, so this is an opportunity for regular part-time work, 8-20 hours per week. All candidates are required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency. This is not a summer job

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Be a good human
  • Be able to work 2-3 days/week, 2+ hours per dayWe are open Monday - Friday, 3 PM-7 PM. Saturday and Sunday, we are open 9:30 AM-1:00 PM.
  • Exceptional math skills from basic operations through Algebra II
  • Exceptional command of conversational and written English
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Attention to detail (seriously)
  • Must live in San Francisco
  • Must be able to work with us at least through the May of 2027
  • This is NOT a remote job. This is an in-person position in San Francisco

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
