Job Summary

This is a seasonal (summer) posiition for high school and college students 16 years of age or older. Moves materials within a warehouse and completes other warehouse support tasks. Performs various operations, including unloading, picking, packing, counting, and checking items to maintain inventory. Operates hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other material handling equipment according to safety policies and procedures. May view or input information into a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or other database. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. A01-Entry : Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for verifying and accurately picking all products per customer delivery. 

Capable of picking products using Radio Frequency Scanners and /or Pick to Light application. 

Ability to perform all other departmental job functions in accordance with the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), Standard Work, and the current Quality Initiatives. 

Assist in the daily efforts of ensuring that all quality targets set forth for thedepartments are achieved and report any/all picking related quantity discrepancies/ issues (shortages, overages, damages, incorrect UPC's and miss-packed items) to a Team Lead or Outbound Manager.

Job Requirements
