Supporting the products and capabilities of the Human Capital Offering Portfolio, our Engineering team is full of passionate, energetic, and multi-talented engineers who are excited about building the world's greatest personalized and business friendly applications.Recruiting for this role ends on 8/31/2026.Work you'll doAs an AI Solutions Architect on the Insights, Innovation & Operate team, you will be responsible for...• Leading sales, solution design, and delivery for artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and data-driven Human Capital engagements• Developing account growth strategies, managing pipelines, supporting proposal development, and driving deal closure activities with client decision-makers• Designing scalable technology and data architectures for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative artificial intelligence use cases, including secure and high-availability deployment models• Collaborating with architects, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements and implementation priorities• Overseeing execution of AI-powered solutions, including risk identification, ethical AI considerations, continuous improvement, and mentoring junior team members on technical practicesA successful candidate would possess these skills:• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team• Effective written and verbal communication skills• Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product• Ability to build and sustain professional relationships• Ability to lead projects or workstreams• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor• Ability to meet deadlines• Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to othersThe teamOur Insights, Innovation & Operate Offering is designed to enhance key aspects of our clients' businesses by leveraging cutting-edge technology, data, and a blend of deep technical and human expertise. We innovate and deliver creative, industry-specific solutions that streamline operations and accelerate speed-to-valueQualificationsRequired:• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics, or equivalent experience• 8+ years of experience in product sales, software engineering, technology architecture, or data engineering• 3+ years of experience leading artificial intelligence and machine learning solution sales, design, and deployment• 8+ years of experience leading technical teams, including onshore and offshore teams• 2+ years of experience architecting, building, and deploying machine learning, deep learning, or generative artificial intelligence solutions in production environments• Experience with at least one cloud platform, such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and artificial intelligence and machine learning tools and frameworks• Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.Preferred:• Master's degree in a technical field• Certifications in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or cloud platforms, such as AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty, Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate, Microsoft Azure Data Scientist Associate, or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect ExpertThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $163,400 to $322,100.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
