What is a Summer L1 Visa Sponsorship?

A Summer L1 Visa Sponsorship refers to a company sponsoring a foreign employee to work in the United States under the L1 visa category during the summer. The L1 visa is typically intended for intracompany transferees who hold managerial, executive, or specialized knowledge roles within a multinational company and are being transferred to a U.S. office. Summer sponsorships are less common, as L1 visas usually require ongoing employment and a qualifying relationship between the foreign and U.S. offices.
