What you will do:

Provide an outstanding customer experience and show a professional image.

Answer calls and inform customers about our products and services.

Greet customers at the service center.

Accompany clients according to there needs.

Complete billing

Support technicians during the installation and repairs, clean and vacuum cars

Ensure customer satisfaction at every steps

Ensure the cleanliness of the work environment - health and well-being of our employees is important to us!

What you'll need?

A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales and/or customer service is a definite asset

Hold a valid drivers' license

Previous experience within the automotive industry is an asset

Be ready to commute from one service center to another within a radius of 20km

Range of pay for a Retail Operations Assistant is between $23.90 - $25.20 per hour.

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the range of pay. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Speedy Glass also offers benefits upon hire and a pension plan (with the option for matching) after 3 months
