Real Work, Real Impact – Tackle meaningful projects and gain insight into client services at a global investment firm Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by summer of 2027 Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint Basic understanding of asset management, mutual funds, and financial markets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership, initiative, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail Must be able to work in one of Invesco's offices where the program is available Preferred Qualifications Working towards a college degree in Finance, Economics or a business discipline major preferred Creative problem‐solving and analytical thinking Agility in managing shifting priorities and thriving in dynamic environments Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau Understanding of AI applications (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics) Compensation for this position is $35/hour.
