WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:
  • BS in Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Science and 3+ years of combined industrial experience - co-op and internship time counts.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA/EMA regulations, and 21 CFR Part 1
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English (verbal/ written)
  • Shift: 12-hour and according to business needs.
    • 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Experience in:
    • Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation platforms
    • Familiarity with DeltaV, FactoryTalk, SCADA/DCS/BAS systems
    • Basic networking or database exposure
    • CMMS experience (e.g., Maximo)

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
  • Provide technical support to Manufacturing, Packaging, Facilities, and Utilities teams - troubleshooting automated, electronic, and computerized systems and PLC-controlled equipment.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated systems: PLCs, ladder logic, drives, motion systems, and smart electronic devices.
  • Support installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades of computerized systems (PLCs, HMI, SCADA, DCS/BAS, communication interfaces, and related platforms - training provided on systems you haven't used before).
  • Help maintain automated systems' software and documentation, and contribute to the CMMS spare parts/maintenance planning process.
  • Write and review SOPs and work instructions for automated equipment.
  • Participate as a team member on automation and process improvement projects.
  • Work directly with hardware/software vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Comply with all cGMP, EHS, and site security requirements.
