Bridge Investment Group is seeking highly motivated rising juniors to join ourDebt Strategies teamas Summer Analysts in New York. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at one of North America's top real estate debt funds, working on commercial real estate-backed debt investments including first mortgage and mezzanine loans.

What You'll Experience

As a Summer Analyst, you'll be part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial team where your work directly supports investment decisions. You'll collaborate with senior professionals and gain exposure to the full investment process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing loan analysis and sizing for investment committee review.

  • Supporting origination and due diligence efforts during the investment process.

  • Maintaining and updating pricing and underwriting models.

  • Assisting in the execution of strategies to enhance asset performance and value.

  • Conducting market research and trend analysis to support investment decisions.

  • Interacting with senior leadership and participating in investment committee discussions.

What You Bring

  • We're looking for candidates who are analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. Ideal applicants will have:

Compensation Details:

The anticipated wage scale for candidates who will work in New York, NY is $85,000 per year. The final pay offered to a successful internship candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. Bridge Investment Group is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.
