Interns will work closely with experienced team members and receive training and guidance as they develop skills in customer interaction, problem-solving, and internal processes.
What You'll Do:
  • Assist with reviewing and managing incoming customer and internal requests
  • Support customer inquiries related to orders, documentation, and shipping timelines
  • Participate in handling customer phone calls and email correspondence with guidance
  • Communicate with sales representatives and internal teams to help resolve inquiries
  • Assist with preparing customer quotes using established tools and processes
  • Create and update customer records within internal systems (e.g., CRM software)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and assist with reports or tracking tools
  • Learn how customer concerns are evaluated and routed for resolution
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process discussions
