Job description

Raquette Lake Camps, one of the finest residential summer camps in America, is seeking Nurses and EMTs for both our Girls Camp and our Boys Camp who have great energy, nursing skills, communication skills and warmth, who will work as part of our well-staffed medical team. Our Nurses and EMTs are also members of our senior staff, fully immersed in our dynamic camp program. Being a Raquette Lake nurse/EMT could be an excellent break from the usual hospital grind, with the opportunity to live, breathe and recharge in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains. Our nurses/EMTs are encouraged to immerse themselves in the camp culture for a rewarding summer experience.

“The Infirmary”

Each camp has its own infirmary with exam rooms, sick rooms, private and semi-private accommodations, a/c, kitchen, laundry and wi-fi. The Infirmary is staffed 24/7 with nurses, doctors and EMTs, and it’s where we take care of all the children and staff.
