Job description

Supports sales operations
Reports to Promontory's sales director
  • Must possess a current Utah Real Estate License and be willing to transfer to Berkshire Hathaway Home Services (BHHS). Maintaining this license is essential to this position.
  • Must be comfortable front-facing with members, owners, prospects, sales executives and Club staff.
  • Must consistently demonstrate honed interpersonal and communication skills to ensure positive interactions with the above groups.
  • Must have great organizational skills and be able to provide administrative support to director of sales as needed.
  • Must be cheerfully willing and able to cover the sales concierge desk when needed (phones, providing information to walk-in customers, scheduling conference spaces, and assisting with any other administrative needs).
  • Must asure that all database policies and procedures for lead distribution and owner assignment and re-assignments are being done correctly
  • Must have experience navigating and managing CRMs (Sales Force very strongly preferred), managing spreadsheets, and word processing.
  • Must manage all developer listings on the MLS
  • Must work towards understanding the Promontory sales process.
  • Must demonstrate ability to regularly "audit" all sales and CRM processes and assist Director of Sales with monitorying sales team compliance
  • Must work collaboratively and efficiently with the Promontory Marketing Team
  • Proof all collateral for accuracy and assist with saving and printing as needed
  • Work with marketing team and BHHS team to create all Real Estate collateral and eblasts

Help manage Sales Executive Resale listings
Order photography and video once the ERS is signed
Work with BHHS Marketing team to create, proof, and manage:
    • Resale Listing Postcards
    • Listing Brochures
    • Marketing adds such as REM, Summer Guide, Mountain Magazine ect
    • Work with the magazines to reserve space for agents and meet their deadline
    • Create Eblasts for Just Listed, Open Houses, Listings Changes through the BHHS Ecard System.
    • Assist with opening and closing homes for showings, contracts and inspections as needed

Must be able/willing to provide off hours support - fee based depending on SE needs:
  • Assist Sales Executives with Inventory Lists for by DD deadlines
  • Assist with open houses
  • Random Sales Executive assistance

Compensation: Base compensation is $60,000/yr salary plus additional overrides on Promontory Real Estate Team closed transactions, plus potential fee based additional services outside of normal office hours, as available.
