CommonSpirit Memorial Medical Group is offering an outstanding opportunity for a Urology Nurse Practitioner to join an established outpatient team in Chattanooga, TN. Position Responsibilities

Obtain medical histories when necessary
-
Perform physical exams (within established protocol).

Diagnose, treat and monitor chronic diseases (within protocol guidelines)

Order diagnostic tests
-
Prescribe or recommend medications for treatment (within protocol guidelines)

Assist providers with clinic procedures and consults as necessary
-
Maintain patient's privacy and confidentiality

Make follow-up calls to check patient progress
-
Consult with doctor regarding patient symptoms to assure proper diagnosis and plan of treatment
