Join the YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South as a Summer Camp Site Director and be a difference-maker! An unforgettable summer isn't just about fun activities and field trips, it's about the leaders who create memorable experiences for kids. We're looking for high-energy, positive role models who are ready to lead, inspire, and engage in an action-packed summer!
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be 21 years of age and pass pre-employment background checks/drug screening.
  • Four years of college with 2 years of experience administering a child care/educational program, which includes staff supervisory experience OR
  • Two years of college with 30 hours in business or management, child or youth development, or related field and 2 years experience administering a child care/educational program, which includes staff supervisory experience OR
  • High school diploma with 4 years experience administering a child care/educational program and 30 hours of TECTA administrator or Child Development Associate (CDA); staff supervisory experience.
  • Current CPR/AED, First Aid and Child Abuse Training or obtain with 30 days of hire date.
  • Complete all components of licensing requirements for Mississippi State Department of Health or Tennessee Department of Human Services.
