The Opportunity

Program Coordination & Execution

  • Within 30 days, familiarize yourself with the L&D calendar and assist in coordinating logistics for at least two upcoming workshops or learning events (calendar invites, materials, room/Google Meet setup, attendance support).

  • By 60 days, independently manage logistics for a learning program from pre-communication through day-of execution and post-session follow-up.

  • Support seamless delivery of virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning experiences.

Stakeholder & Learner Support

  • Partner with facilitators and stakeholders to coordinate communications, attendance tracking, learner support, and scheduling.

  • Respond to learner inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.

  • Support data gathering, cleaning, analysis, and reporting from learning surveys, LMS/LXP exports, and engagement metrics.

  • Create simple dashboards, reports, or visual summaries to support decision-making and program evaluation.

Learner Engagement & Communication

  • Within 30 days, audit existing L&D communications and recommend improvements for clarity, tone, accessibility, and learner engagement.

  • By 60 days, independently draft and publish communications for at least three learning campaigns (emails, intranet posts, learner guides, reminders, FAQs, or job aids).

  • Help create engaging learner experiences through storytelling, visual design, and audience-centered communication.

Learning Design & Experience Support

  • Assist in curating and co-designing learning materials such as presentations, handouts, visuals, e-learning assets, and facilitator resources aligned with adult learning principles.

  • Co-develop learner surveys, pre/post assessments, knowledge checks, and feedback forms for live and digital learning experiences.

  • Explore innovative and AI-enabled approaches to improve learning engagement and accessibility.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Participate in post-program debriefs by summarizing successes, challenges, learner feedback, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Research and recommend at least three innovative learning formats, tools, or content approaches (e.g., gamification, interactive learning, social learning, AI-enabled learning experiences).

  • Propose at least one workflow, process, or tool enhancement based on your internship observations and experiences.

Program Highlights

  • Intensive 6 months, full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship.

  • Program start dates are on September (Fall).

  • A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship.

  • Modern L&D Experience: Own enterprise learning programs from strategy to execution while building skills in instructional design, coordination, and analytics.
