Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Outpatient Therapists to join our growing New York team!    

Under the direction of the Program Director, Fee for Service (FFS) Outpatient Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’ policies. NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths!

Compensation:  

Fee for Service Rates:    

  • $55 to $75 / hour!   

Premiums paid for:    

  • Non-English language capacity    

  • Experience  

  • Select clinical specialties    

Qualifications:   

  • Master's degree in social work 

  • LCSW Independent Clinical Licensure in the state of NY required 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families

  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team   

  • Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.    

  • Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred   

  • Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus   

  • Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone required.

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
