Job description

Our Mission

Qualifications

  • Valid Illinois Professional Educator's License (preferred)
  • Background and interest in student competitions
  • Possess good human relations skills

Compensation

  • This is a Differential position.  The differential pay scale can be found in the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Champaign Federation of Teachers, which is available on our website.  Coaches with 5+ years of experience are compensated at a higher rate than those with more limited experience.  Employment as a coach is on an at-will basis.

Important Notes

  • The season for this sport typically runs from mid November-May.  The exact dates are determined based on IHSA rules and the schedule for State events.  More detailed questions regarding the schedule can be directed to the Athletic Director at the school.
