Job Description

Our client required Mechanical/ Electrical Engineers at Baltimore, MD.

Required:


1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
2. 4-10 years' experience as a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer.
3. Knowledge of and experience with AutoCAD and BIM/Revit.
4. Knowledge of and experience with psychometrics, load calculations, HVAC and plumbing equipment selection and system design.
5. Electrical knowledge of and experience with basic lumen method lighting calculations and commercially available computer lighting calculation programs; lighting fixture selection and specifications; panel board and power distribution system load tabulations; short circuit calculations; National Electrical Code; National Fire Alarm Code; IES Standards; and ADA requirements.
6. EIT/FE required. PE a plus.
