Instructors in a Summer Edgenuity program often encounter challenges such as keeping students motivated in an online environment and ensuring consistent engagement, especially during the condensed summer schedule. To address these issues, successful instructors frequently use regular check-ins, prompt communication, and personalized feedback to help students stay on track. Collaborating closely with guidance counselors and parents can also be effective in identifying at-risk students early and providing the necessary support to help them succeed.
