IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related human services field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
  • Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
  • Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
  • Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
    Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation:
  • Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
