How you'll make an impact

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Total Rewards team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to key Total Rewards functions, including compensation, benefits, and payroll. The intern will work closely with Total Rewards professionals to support projects and initiatives while gaining practical experience in a corporate environment.


• Participate in the Summer Internship Program designed to help interns explore career interests within Total Rewards and related disciplines.
• Support various Total Rewards functions to gain hands-on, practical experience.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Total Rewards team.


About You

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude with a passion for data and analytics.

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
