Job description

FN Logistics (Fashion Nova) is looking for **4 Receiving Associates** with strong computer skills to join our overnight Receiving team. This position requires associates who are comfortable using computers throughout their shift to process inbound inventory, verify shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

## Responsibilities

* Receive and process incoming merchandise.

* Use warehouse computer systems to enter and verify inventory information.

* Print labels and process shipping/receiving documentation.

* Verify shipment accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

* Work closely with the Receiving team to maintain inventory accuracy.

* Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

* Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

## Qualifications

* **Must be computer savvy and comfortable using computers throughout the shift.**

* Previous warehouse or receiving experience is preferred but not required.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

* Reliable attendance and punctuality.

# DRESS CODE

* Must have a **clear bag**.

* Maintain a neat, clean, professional appearance.

* Closed-toe, heel-backed shoes are required.

* No crop tops, short shorts, or spaghetti straps.

* Long hair must be pulled back.

* No long nails or dangling jewelry.

* Hoods may not be worn over your head while on the warehouse floor.

* Hats must be worn with the bill facing forward.

* The warehouse is **not temperature controlled**. It is hot during the summer and cold during the winter. Please dress appropriately.

* Practice good hygiene as you work closely with teammates.

* You will receive your FN Logistics ID badge after your first day. **Your badge must be worn at all times while onsite.**

# LOCATION RULES

* No cell phone use or electronics on the warehouse floor. Cell phones may only be used during breaks in designated break areas.

* No food or drinks at workstations. Water and other clear beverages are permitted.

* Clear bags are required.

* No headphones or earbuds while working.

* Hoodies may not be worn with the hood up on the warehouse floor.

* Smoking and vaping are only permitted in the designated smoking area.

* The warehouse and parking lot are smoke- and vape-free except for the designated smoking area.

* **Only cigarettes and vapes are permitted in the smoking area.**

* Always wear your FN Logistics badge while inside the warehouse.

* If leaving early, notify your FN Supervisor first, then check out with your Bluecrew Onsite Manager.

* Follow all warehouse safety rules, including conveyor belt safety.

* Running is prohibited.

* Bluecrew crew members may not post photos, videos, or proprietary information about FN Logistics on social media.

* Security cameras are located throughout the warehouse and parking lot.

# BREAKS & LUNCHES

* You **must clock out before beginning your lunch.**

* Two paid 10-minute breaks.

* One unpaid 30-minute lunch.

* Clocking back in before completing your full 30-minute lunch will result in corrective action and may lead to your assignment ending.

* Leaving your workstation before your scheduled break is prohibited.

* Returning late from breaks or lunch may result in attendance points and negatively impact your UPH.

* Plan restroom visits around your scheduled breaks whenever possible.

# INCENTIVES

## TEMP-TO-HIRE

  • * Leaving without notifying management = Job Abandonment.
  • * Time-off requests should be submitted at least one week in advance.
  • * No unauthorized overtime.
  • * No early clock-ins.
  • * Requests to leave early must be approved through your Bluecrew Onsite Manager first.

  • Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
  • Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
  • Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
  • Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
  • Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
  • Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
  • There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.

It is important to Bluecrew that you go home in the same healthy state that you came to work in, so please do not accept this assignment if you cannot fulfill all of the above duties.
