Job Description

Works with a larger team to provide world class service to all Sports center members and guests. Monitors all activities within the Sports Center and provide daily care, organization and cleaning of all equipment, work stations, studios and member areas within the Sports Center. Provide assistance and oversight, to all members and guests in a safe and helpful manner on the basic use of equipment and interpretation of the club’s policies.

Job Responsibilities

-Greet members/guests at entrance and properly register all resort guests and guests of members.

-Offer amenities and orientation of the fitness facility. Offer water refills.

-Offer to assist with equipment as necessary.

-Handle all member/guest interaction with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with Club offerings.

-Properly book all necessary reservations that pertain to fitness services or activities i.e. group exercise classes, personal training, massage, swim lessons and summer programming.

-Ability to offer first aid or CPR as necessary.

-Ensure compliance of daily and opening/closing checklists by walking and ensuring all fitness areas are well maintained, organized, stocked and cleaned to establish a high quality presentation.
