CNC Lathe Specialist – 2nd Shift

Our Machinists work with advanced equipment including 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC machines, Swiss turning, and Wire EDM in a clean, climate-controlled facility.

What You’ll Do
  • Set up, adjust, and operate horizontal lathes and vertical mills
  • Perform bar feeder, live tooling, and rotary axis setups
  • Adjust speeds, feeds, tooling, and machining sequences
  • Load tools, indicate parts, and set work coordinates
  • Machine parts per print while holding close tolerances
  • Read blueprints and GD&T specifications
  • Use precision measuring instruments to inspect parts
  • Run multiple machines and complete production documentation
  • Support LEAN, 5S, ISO 9001-2015, and ISO 13485 initiatives

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of CNC machining lathe experience in a job shop environment
  • Strong math, blueprint reading, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and run multiple machines
  • Journeyman’s card in CNC and/or Toolmaking
  • CAD/CAM knowledge 
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
