Job description

Mechanical Engineer โ€“ Industrial HVAC & Mechanical Systems


Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
  • At least one relevant internship, co-op, or professional experience involving mechanical systems, HVAC, facilities, manufacturing, or industrial projects.
  • Experience using Creo, SolidWorks, or other 3D CAD modeling software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to customer facilities for design meetings, equipment installation support, and commissioning activities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with industrial HVAC systems, mechanical utilities, or facility infrastructure.
  • Exposure to chilled water, hot water, compressed air, steam, refrigeration, gas, process utilities, or building mechanical systems.
  • Internship, co-op, or work experience within manufacturing, consulting engineering, mechanical contracting, or industrial facilities.
  • Familiarity with fire protection, plumbing systems, or PLC-controlled mechanical systems is a plus.
  • Experience supporting industrial, laboratory, automotive, aerospace, chemical, energy, or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
