Heritage Landscape Supply Group is seeking a FT Counter Sales/Customer sales role is a key customer touchpoint, responsible for accurate order entry and smooth customer interactions. The position requires strong multitasking skills, including processing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating logistics to support delivery timelines. This fulltime role requires a four-day workweek, including Saturday during the Spring and Summer, with the option for a five-day workweek during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients through phone, email, and in-person consultations, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Accurately process and manage customer transactions at the sales counter using the company's computer system to ensure efficient and precise order fulfillment.
  • Contribute to inventory management by participating in cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with management and team members to communicate customer needs and special order material requests, enhancing product offerings and service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse and sales team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Responsibilities include a mix of sales counter duties and various other tasks, supported by modern sales systems and a commitment to maintaining an organized workspace.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred; experience in managing customer relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, ensuring a personalized and positive purchasing experience.
