Job description

Edgard & Cooper (E&C), a division of General Mills, is an exciting NEW pet food brand in the U.S. This European brand was acquired by General Mills in 2024 and introduced to the U.S. market in the Summer of 2025. Because of their philosophy on sustainable, delicious, and healthy pet food, we are looking for passionate part-time Brand Ambassadors to provide an educational and engaging in-store pet-parent experience and recommend the best E&C nutrition for their pet(s).
Help expand our Edgard & Cooper brand in this market!
Critical Minimum Requirements for this position:
  • Ability to work weekend hours in retail stores (Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays) for at least 9 and up to 13 ½ hours per week. * The schedule for this position is weekends only.
  • Dependability! Attend work as scheduled.
  • Successful candidates will be required to commute to retail locations within a 25-mile radius of the location we are hiring for:
    • 9721 NE Cascade Parkway, Portland, OR. 97220
  • Physical requirements for this job include the ability to lift 30lbs. of pet food and move around the store for up to 4 1/2 hours.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old
  • Have an active email account, and access to a computer, tablet, and/or smartphone

How will you help expand our brand's recognition?
  • In PetSmart Stores (our Exclusive Partner), and occasionally at local events, share the story of Edgard & Cooper, our naturally tasty dog food.
  • You will connect with pet parents and store associates through a personalized approach and engage in conversations with pet parents about their pets.
  • You will utilize product knowledge and latest promotions to recommend the best E&C nutrition for their pet(s).
  • Record sales and insights from the day.
