Service Professional
We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a summer seasonal position starting in March and April through August for our locations across the US. The individual we are looking for is someone that enjoys working in a team environment but can excel working at an individual level.
*This is a general posting for the Initial Service Professional position across the US.*
- Wage is determined based on the location you are selected for
- Eligible for overtime and summer bi-weekly bonuses
- Company vehicle provided
Responsibilities include:
- Running a daily route where you will be resolving customer pest concerns and issues
- Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order
- Keeping accurate records of treatments provided
- Collecting payments for services rendered
- Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides in accordance with state and federal laws
- Serve as the subject matter expert for your customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs
- Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
- Advise customers of potential problems
- Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
- Maintain proper inventory of pesticides
- Complete virtual monthly mandatory trainings prior to the season (will vary by location)
- Obtain and maintain required licenses
Qualifications:
- This is a great summer opportunity with no experience necessary; we will train you
- A US driver's license that has been valid for a minimum of 2 years is required
- A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years)
- A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires
