As our Licensed Electrician (01 or 02), you’ll be handling electrical connections and upgrades for HVAC equipment, water heaters, and water treatment systems—ensuring safe, code-compliant installations. Key Responsibilities

  • Install and connect electrical circuits for HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless, tankless water heaters)
  • Conduct electrical panel upgrades and dedicated circuit installations as needed
  • Perform troubleshooting, testing, and quality control on system wiring
  • Ensure all work is compliant with NEC, state, and local codes
  • Coordinate with HVAC installers and plumbers for seamless system integration
  • Maintain clean, organized workspaces and proper documentation
  • Whole home generator installations

Qualifications

  • Valid WA or ID State 01 or 02 Electrician License
  • Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial electrical systems
  • Experience working with HVAC-related electrical hookups preferred
  • Familiarity with electrical code requirements and permit processes
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening
  • Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

  • Experience with mini-splits, heat pumps, or tankless systems
  • Low-voltage control wiring knowledge
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar job management software
  • Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
