West Allis is looking for residential Electricians to join our growing team!!
***Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus***
Sign-On Bonus Details: 25% after 90 days, $1000 a month for each month after until complete.
West Allis is currently seeking Electricians to join our growing team of creative and energetic employees dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Electricians manage the completion of various electrical tasks such as electrical break & repair, troubleshooting/maintenance, and service upgrades while always providing exceptional customer service by treating customers with the utmost respect and attention. This position will provide general electrical repair and services with an emphasis on quality of work, performed efficiently and following all applicable local and national codes.

What Will I Do?
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose residential electrical problems accurately and efficiently
  • Perform repairs consistent with and exceeding National Electrical Code standards
  • Increase customer loyalty by maintaining a clean working area
  • Educating and offering the customer appropriate upgrades that you can complete immediately or at the scheduled time
  • Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects
  • Document work completed with before and after photos
  • Demonstrate Safe working practices and methods
  • Effectively communicate with all internal and external customers
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
  • Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
  • Keep your truck inventory up to date.
  • Properly complete paperwork.
  • Join the on-call rotation.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Have and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
  • Deliver 5-star service experience to our clients & community

Do I have What it Takes?
  • Two (2) years of residential Electrical Service background
  • Must have an Electrical license.
  • Exceptional Technician: intuitive, hardworking, fast, efficient, no problem wearing a uniform, willing to learn our system, can keep a truck well organized - 'what next' attitude!
  • Possess the necessary tools, knowledge & drive to exceed industry standards
  • Be able to climb in and out of box trucks and vans, able to lift over 75 lbs, and work in tough environments like the summer heat & winter cold.
  • Can pass the Federal background and drug screen; a clean driving record and current driver's license are ALL a must (Please do not apply if any of these are issues. We check to protect!).
