Seeking Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse!
Baptist Health Floyd, 3AC Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit
Full-time (36 Hours Weekly), Nights (7pm-7am)

Every 4th Weekend Requirement

Job Duties:
In this role, the RN/LPN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse will function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers.
About the Unit:
The Innovation Unit, also known as 3AC, is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots new ideas for the hospital. Nurses will care for a wide range of medical diagnosis and conditions. The Innovation Unit serves as a wonderful opportunity for new graduate LPN and RNs to start nursing careers and is complimented by seasoned nurses who share their expertise.
Position/Opportunity Highlights:
Self-Scheduling
Every 3rd weekend rotation for NA's and every 4th weekend requirement for nurses
Work 1 summer and 1 winter holiday ONLY
Qualifications:
Current Indiana or compact state RN or LPN license
BLS for Healthcare Provider required
