Enrichment & Engagement Camp Leader
YMCA of Collier County, Inc. -Naples, FL
Are you passionate about creating meaningful experiences that spark curiosity and connection? Join the YMCA of Collier County and help deliver a dynamic summer filled with enrichment, leadership development, and engaging activities for youth in grades K-5.
The Enrichment & Engagement Camp Leader is a key member of our summer team, providing direct supervision and leading interactive activities that promote creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, and personal growth. Under the guidance of the Site Supervisor, this role ensures a safe, structured, and inspiring camp environment.
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct supervision to campers (K-5th grade), ensuring safety and well-being
  • Plan and implement enrichment activities such as STEM challenges, team-building games, leadership projects, and themed experiences
  • Foster engagement, inclusion, and positive peer interactions
