We're looking for a driven, curious, and people-focused Human Resources Intern to join our team and gain real-world experience shaping how organizations attract, engage, and retain talent. This isn't a "shadow and observe" internship-you'll contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced HR professionals, and help power initiatives that directly impact our employees and business.

You'll get hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, including:
  • Talent Acquisition: Help identify top talent through job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement
  • Employee Experience: Support onboarding, orientation, and initiatives that enhance engagement and culture
  • HR Operations: Assist with HR processes, documentation, and systems (HRIS exposure included)
  • Projects That Matter: Partner with HR leaders on real initiatives-not busywork-that influence how we hire, develop, and support our teams

Who You Are
  • Currently pursuing (or recently completed) an undergraduate or graduate degree
  • At least a sophomore at an accredited college/university

  • Available ~15 hours/week for 10 weeks starting June 2026 (flexibility in scheduling)

The hourly compensation for this role is $18.50 per hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
