Job description

  • Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Confirm the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 as a statement of belief
  • Model the biblical character of a mature believer(John 15; Galatians 5; Titus 2)
  • Support the leadership of a Pastor Led, Deacon Served, Staff Equipped, Committee Supported, and Congregation Affirmed Church
  • Uphold the unity of the church in the bonds of peace (Ephesians 4:3)
  • Strong leadership, administrative, and communication skills
  • A heart for shepherding children and partnering with parents
  • Experience in volunteer recruitment and team development
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple ministries
  • Familiarity with children’s curriculum and ministry software preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

  • Prepare and implement Sunday morning preschoolcurriculum and activities
