Duties and Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and providing detailed product knowledge
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and phone calls professionally
- Recommend complementary items to enhance the customer's experience and increase sales
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Assist with stocking, loading/unloading merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and promotions to provide relevant information
Skills and Qualifications
- Must be able to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to lift up to 56lbs
- Ability to use a ladder
Experience
- Customer service: 1+ year (preferred)
