Schedule

We expect you to be on time for every scheduled shift. Tardiness and absenteeism will not be tolerated. Due to the nature of our business, you should expect to work some evenings, weekends, summer months, and holidays.


Appearance

All crewmembers are expected to wear the proper uniform. Personal hygiene is essential due to our close contact with guests.

  • Hair: No extreme hairstyles or unnatural hair colors. Male employees' hair should be no longer than collar length.
  • Jewelry: One small earring per ear, no see through guages, one ring per hand, and necklaces must be worn inside the shirt.
  • Nails & Makeup: Nails should not exceed 1/4" in length and must not have jewels or rhinestones attached. Makeup should be limited and in natural colors.

  • Follow all tasks assigned by management and maintain Bullwinkle's standards for guest safety and park cleanliness.
  • Smile, greet guests warmly, and wish them a fun rest of their day.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures to operate attractions in a safe, responsible manner.
  • Enforce attraction-specific safety policies, including height requirements, dress codes, hair restraints, and equipment safety.
  • Master the proper operational techniques for all assigned attractions.
  • Maintain focus to cycle guests through attractions both efficiently and cautiously.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment through daily interaction with guests and management.


Candidate Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor roles (outdoor positions involve significant time in the elements, including sun, rain, and varying temperatures).
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have dependable transportation.
  • Well-groomed and neat appearance.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and communicate effectively with all crewmembers.
  • Upbeat, positive, and outgoing personality.
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for working with families and groups.
  • Must be available to work daytime, weekends and holidays.
