Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Developer responsible for MAS application development, support, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM MAS modules, container platforms, application support, system monitoring, and service delivery processes.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) development and support.
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting MAS applications and platform issues.
  • Strong knowledge of MAS modules including: Manage, Health, Monitor, Predict, Mobile
  • Experience configuring, deploying, and maintaining MAS applications on container platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift.
  • Experience with application design, technical documentation, and interface coordination.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams on integrations and interfaces.
  • Knowledge of service management processes and service delivery practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills related to application, installation, and database issues.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provide 24x7 support for IBM MAS platform operations, application issues, and enhancements.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain MAS core applications and suite modules.
  • Monitor system health, performance, availability, and reliability of MAS environments.
  • Troubleshoot installation issues, application defects, and database-related problems.
  • Develop and enhance MAS applications based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Support integrations and interfaces with internal and external systems.
  • Lead or participate in status meetings to communicate project updates, risks, and issues.
