Duration: 6 months

Associate will be involved logs, categorizes, prioritizes, tracks incidents reported by users or alert raised by monitoring tools

Skills: Digital : Ivalua

Experience Required: 10 & Above

Job Requirements

Experience:

 4–6 years in application support or procurement systems.

Prior experience with Ivalua platforms.

Certification:

Must be Ivalua L1 , L2 & L3 Certified

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SQL for data queries and troubleshooting.

Basic understanding of APIs and integration protocols.

Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA).

Functional Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into system configurations.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs.

Area of Responsibilities/Tasks

Key Responsibilities

Application Support: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Ivalua procurement platform, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.

User Assistance: Respond to user queries, resolve functional and technical issues, and ensure timely closure of tickets.

Configuration Management: Maintain and update system configurations as per business requirements.

Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor system performance, integrations, and scheduled jobs to ensure smooth operations.

Documentation: Create and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Procurement, IT, Finance) and external vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, security standards, and audit requirements.

Additional tasks

Support the Team Leader by providing the requested data / information regarding the internal and external reporting

Domain specific requirements

Functional knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain, Procurement

Objective requirements related to the job Bachelor degree / Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering Must able to speak Fluent English Must be Ivalua Certified (REQUIRED)** Aleast 4 to 5 years of prior relevant Added advantage of Support experience of working on SCM cloud Product Excellent verbal and written communication skills and expresses opinion Ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively with colleagues in different teams is essential Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
