Real Chemistry is looking for a Creative Production Intern to join our ROOM42 team this summer!

Program Dates:
This 10-week internship program runs June 1st through August 7th and requires a 40-hour per week commitment.
Location:
This is a hybrid role out of our NYC office.
What you'll do:
- Support and work with the various production department teams (producers, film directors/photographers, film editors, animators, and business affairs) as various projects move through our pipeline.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives.
- Logistical and organizational support for projects in pre-production (budgeting preparation, treatment development, vendor sourcing)
- On set support for projects in active production in NYC (come to sets of various sizes and ensure smooth and productive shoots for our clients and team, learning to create professional content in a live environment)
- Post production support (learning and management of workflows, ingesting projects, preparing timelines for edit, and archiving finished work)
- Infrastructure support (assist in building out our gear management system in the office)

What you should have:
- Must be based in NYC and available to work from our production office.
- Strong interest in TV, movies, photography, commercials and how they are made.
- Highly organized with the ability to follow technical directions and adhere to standards of excellence in editing workflows.
- Proficient with Apple Mac OS and Microsoft Office.
Basic knowledge of modern production workflows, camera operation and use, file management/organization, and film/image based storytelling.
- Interest to learn by doing and shadow professionals in their roles.
Pay Rate: $20/hour
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
