About the role Job Summary
The 5-Axis CNC Programmer is responsible for programming, optimizing, and supporting complex multi-axis CNC machining operations to manufacture high-precision components.

The 5-Axis CNC Programmer is responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs for complex multi-axis machining operations. This role supports the production of high-precision components by developing efficient machining strategies, improving cycle times, reducing tooling costs, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of five (5) years of dedicated experience programming 5-axis milling machines and demonstrated expertise using Mastercam 2024 or later versions, which is a required qualification for this position. The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of multi-axis machining, tooling, fixturing, GD&T, and manufacturing processes, with the ability to independently develop, prove out, and optimize complex CNC programs from engineering drawings and 3D CAD models. This position works closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing operations while driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the machining process.
