We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Subway restaurant in Union City, GA. We are looking for someone who leads by example, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift execution
Lead, train, coach, and motivate team members
Schedule employees and help manage labor efficiently
Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and Subway brand standards
Deliver excellent customer service and professionally resolve guest concerns
Assist with inventory, truck orders, and food prep management
